It's my last June wedding for the year! Perhaps the last June wedding of my lifetime! I had previously had a wedding booked next weekend on the 28th, but the couple are no longer getting married... so Rene & Mark are the kick-off to the firey hot July & August wedding season!

These two residents of "Elk Snout," as my sister says, or Elk Grove to those of you not familiar with OVERBOARD. Truly an Elk Grove wedding, the ceremony and reception was at the Elks Lodge and posed portraits with the bridal party were rapidly shot at Elk Grove Park, just down the street from the Lodge.

You may remember Rene from one of my earlier blog-posts- she did a bridal portrait session, which you can see HERE.

Anyway, on with the pictures! It's a busy weekend, I've got to cut my editing short tonight- I have an engagement shoot at 7:00am tomorrow morning!

This is Miley, she and I must be kindred spirits... we share a passion for SHOES as you can see. :D

This is the front of the book the officiant read from, which was really cool because this ia shot from their engagement session. Rene was really fabulous by REALLY taking advantage of all of those images from her bridal session and engagement session and REALLy incorporating them into every aspect of the event. Her bridal portraits were framed all over the room..
