HideOut at Kirkwood Wedding Reception

And here is part 2 of Christina & Dustins fabulous wedding, starting with their romantic sunset canoe ride around the lake! This was totally inspired by Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner's wedding at their ranch in Colorado, which included a sunset canoe ride with just the couple. It's totally the most romantic part of the day that I spend with all of my couples when I head out to Kirkwood and I always have so much fun shooting these couple's images!

 

After their canoe ride, Christina and Dustin headed down to the reception, which they had out on the lawn in front of the grove of trees by the bunkhouse. It was a more formal set up and looked absolutely amazing lit by candlight and covered in roses!

 

As the sun came down, the dessert bar opened up! At this reception, they offered a s'more station around the campfire, a donut tower from Marie's donuts, and an assortment of cakes and mini desserts too! And a candy station!
